Urbana FFA members explored Indianapolis through visits that connected history, agriculture and hands-on learning.

The day began at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where students took the “Kiss the Bricks” tour and explored three floors of interactive museum exhibits highlighting the history of racing.

Next, the group visited the National FFA Center to learn about the organization’s history and its impact on agricultural education and student leadership.

The afternoon continued at the Three Hills Rodeo, where members experienced another part of Indiana’s agricultural and Western traditions.

The trip gave Urbana FFA students an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom while exploring the places and traditions connected to their convention experience.
